The Wind Chimes Hotel is a great location, 2-minute walk to the beach and definitely walkable to many restaurants, cafes and bars. Pool area is small only 4 chairs (there was a bigger terrace area with more chairs) however we were able to use their sister property Acacia hotel pool also which was bigger and heated, this was located on your short walk to the beach. We had hot water and good pressure. It is a cool older boutique hotel. I would stay again.

The nicest little inn in a very tourist area, with the beach just across the street and many bars and restaurants nearby. There is an inner yard with flowers and a small pool. The owner is super friendly and helpful, had such a great stay!

The pictures matched everything in person. This is not a luxurious hotel. This is a affordable, clean, cute, safe hotel. The room was super small (but that's ok because we didn't need much space). The pool was also small - about the size of a large hot tub (but that's okay because we spent the days at the beach). Seemed like a old property but had charm. Perfect location (just one block from the beach - literally 5 minute walk). No parking. Just street parking.

close to beach! management was extremely helpful with calling taxis, helping us with setting up tours, exchanging dirty towels for clean towels, Security was VERY GOOD!! daily up-keep of entire facility! Plenty of hot water!! Enjoyed the several outdoor sitting areas!

The daytime front desk concierge was so incredibly nice and helpful apparently they also have another sister hotel closer to the beach that is also awesome. I would hire him in a second he went above and beyond helping every guest feel completely welcomed. Great location I been traveling in Puerto Rico 25 yrs and really liked everything about the staff, they work so hard. The entire outside garden and pool was cleaned daily and kept spotless. Loved staying here after my flight was cancelled this was an unexpected surprise late night arrival and was welcomed and quickly escorted to my room effortless , great experience. Close to Ocean Park in Condado best neighborhood with great food shops all close by, not old San Juan but the new hip vibrant area that is also preferred by local affluent residents and only a block to the beach.

The property was quaint and our room was spacious, we had a double double deluxe, plenty of room for the 4 of us staying in the room. The room and grounds were clean but show some wear and tear. The beds were clean and comfortable. The front desk was responsive to reports of issues and gave great restaurant recommendations.

Almost everything was good just one worker was not friendly when we checked in act like he didn’t care and he didn’t like his job. I checked in for two people and we only had one wash cloth in the room we had to sign off on the other one no microwave or a refrigerator in the room thats something u need in a room we you on vacation.other than that everything,everybody else was so nice..

The hotel is an old mansion (it seems). it’s very well located near restaurants , stores , and a supermarket that serve the local community as well as one block from the terrific beach. The staff is very nice and helpful, and the facility is basic but excellent in most ways , and very clean. My only regret is that the window in the room didn’t open as I would have enjoyed getting fresh air in the room. the hotel also has ample outdoor sitting areas but no coffee is served in the hotel or found in the rooms , which is not terrible but coffee in the morning somewhere in the hotel - free or for purchase - would be a great help.
